Projects

As we've learned over the years, schedules are something to shoot for but hard to attain.  This challenge increases tremendously when you involve other trades and allow for permit issuance and inspections.  In the past, we have always completed projects in conjunction with our full time work schedules, but now this will be our full time job. Our list is long, and our schedule loose, to be determined as we proceed.

Phase I - Well, utilities, grading and barn

Aug to Nov 2013

Actually pretty easy, after you've gone though the process.  The biggest challenge was waiting for permits and coordinating contractor schedules.  Also not used to being shut down in winter due to the cold weather freezing the ground.  We were hoping to get started on the inside improvements this winter, but got started too late to complete the necessary steps to get to that point.

Phase 2 - Heat, framing, plumbing and electrical

Spring - Winter 2014

Phase 3 - Finishing interior

Spring 2015 - Summer 2019

Phase 4 - Fencing, animal enclosures & housing

Winter 2018 - Winter 2019
